Base pay range: $28,500 – $56,000 per year.

• Successfully complete the New Agent Launch program.
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties.
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences.
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts.
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines.
• Actively participate in team meetings and events as required.
• Commit to weekly one‑on‑one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using the team’s technology systems.
