Showing Agent Opportunity - Zillow Flex Program

A current real estate license is preferred, and individuals actively completing coursework toward licensure may also be considered. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner

Qualifications
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • Self‑motivated and able to perform tasks independently

  • Must live in an area
