As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, flavorful food and friendly service that keeps guests coming back. This position offers both full‑time and part‑time shifts, with growth opportunities.

Loop Neighborhood Market is based in Union City, CA, and operates convenience stores with gas stations, retail, and a wholesale division. Founded in 1978.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Accurately enter orders using the POS system.
• Prepare and assemble menu items to company quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and service areas.
• Food prep and cooking, including proper ingredient handling.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support team goals during busy periods.
• Participate in opening, closing, and shift‑change duties.
• Take direction from leadership and complete additional tasks as needed.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is required.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with kitchen equipment and handling food.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
