Job Description:

• Memorize training material and explain the health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an upbeat, informative manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside area.
• Provide excellent customer service, being positive, polite, and informative, and give accurate wait times.
• Assist with ringing up guests, answering phone calls, and taking orders over the phone.
• Have thorough knowledge of the food, recipes, and preparation procedures; follow recipes and prepare food timely and hygienically.
• Prepare food according to proper procedures.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby clean through continuous and thorough cleaning.
• Organize and put away deliveries.
• Wash dishes and store them properly.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure correct and timely order fulfillment.
• Carry out food to customers.
• Communicate with managers about scheduling and days off.
• Arrive on time, take appropriate breaks, and complete opening and closing duties.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Stock, rotate food, and practice cost-cutting measures.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.

Requirements:

• Obtain food certification.
• Handle basic computer operations, POS systems, cash, and credit card transactions.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Stand for long periods, occasionally lift heavy boxes, work quickly, and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance.
• Come to work with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
