As a Receiver/Stocker, you keep stores clean and presentable to improve customer experience. You accurately receive and replenish merchandise, unload freight, move items to the sales floor, and stock shelves.

Physical demands: understanding proper lifting procedures, moving merchandise most of the shift, replacing damaged shelving, organizing the backroom, handling hazardous materials, and ensuring equipment is charged.

Customer interaction: you may answer customer questions and assist in handling merchandise.

• Ensure products are accurately received, stocked, and replenished.
• Follow proper lifting guidelines to safely stock products on shelves.
• Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and safe.
• Engage customers, vendors, and associates with a positive attitude.
• Remain vigilant and report any safety or security concerns around the store.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Ability to use a smartphone and other common retail technology.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimum lift of 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse environment performing inventory handling and stocking.

This role does not require regular travel, but occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or support to neighboring stores.

Environmental factors vary by location. You may work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, noise, moving or shaking objects, and equipment is possible. Lifting methods: limiting single lifts to 75 lbs; team lifts starting at 75 lbs or when needed; powered equipment used as required with proper training.

Pay Range: $18.50 – $19.25 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
