Job Expectations Essential Functions- Guide customers onto the conveyor using hand signals.
- Take customer orders and sell Unlimited Memberships within 15‑30 seconds.
- Learn Chevron Wash Core Values (Ducky’s) before the first shift; compensation includes hourly rate for training time and a bonus per membership sold.
- Learn Chevron Car Wash Service Menu and Unlimited Scripts thoroughly before the first shift; compensation includes hourly rate for training and testing.
- Maintain a positive attitude and interaction with employees and customers.
- Clean and maintain the car wash site and equipment.
- Assist guests with questions about pricing, service, and awareness.
- Guide customers into the car wash tunnel.
- Sell additional services and unlimited memberships.
- Maintain and stock chemicals and equipment.
- Assist customers with processing transactions.
- Maintain a SAFE environment on-site while working with others.
- Customer‑service orientation – make people and their cars smile.
- Co‑operative teammate with confidence in work processes and goals.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented organizer to keep the site clean and inviting.
- Resilient, consistent, go‑getter who sees every customer as a new opportunity.

- Maintain the highest level of professionalism in dress, conduct, and customer interactions.
- Retail and/or hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and in‑force liability insurance.
- Role model for Chevron Way values.
- Educate every customer on services that best fit their needs by proactively explaining features and benefits.
- Must be able to stand for periods of time at the kiosk or entrance of the car wash tunnel.
- Job is outdoors and repetitive.
- Must work weekends, holidays, and various hours.
- Occasional work and travel between adjacent Chevron Stations Inc Express Wash locations.
- Minimum age 18 years for California locations.
- Minimum age 21 years for management positions.
- Only U.S. payroll offers; visas will not be granted.
