Medical Device Inventory and Sales Support Specialist

Evolution Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Medical Device Inventory Specialist to join our dedicated team. We are a dynamic organization selling innovative Arthrex orthopedic and sports medicine products. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory control, shipping, receiving, field inventory accuracy and order processing. Other duties will be assigned as business requirements dictate.

The Inventory Specialist must have a desire to learn the vast products we sell, build relationships with office and field employees, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be passionate about entering the highly competitive medical device sales industry.

• Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions in a manner that is both timely and accurate.
• Prioritize the daily workload to minimize the impact of external constraints such as carrier pick‑up times and field deliveries.
• Work directly with the sales team to maintain the accuracy of field inventory records.
• Have strong relationship‑building skills to be able to integrate into a diverse sales organization.
• Apply analytical skills to maintain data integrity in Redspot and the Arthrex Business Portal systems.
• Ensure that orders are managed consistent with Inventory/Sales priorities and communicate order status.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Wear vision correction per DMV if required when operating company equipment or while working.

• AA or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Previous inventory/warehouse experience preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Office Suite, ERP system experience preferred.
• Valid US driver license with clear motor vehicle record.
• Own transportation.
• Clear drug screen.
