Inside Sales Agent This opportunity is a strong fit for licensed real estate professionals who want to learn how to create consistent opportunities and build toward a listing-focused path while earning rewarding commissions. The work centers around communication, follow-up, and daily activity, supported by a structured environment and the Zillow Premier program. You will learn how to engage with active buyer and seller inquiries generated through Zillow Premier, have real conversations, and build relationships that turn into future listings.

This is a hands‑on environment where repetition, guidance, and proven systems help you build confidence and momentum without guessing what to do next. You will work closely with experienced agents who provide clear direction, feedback, and daily structure. The focus is on learning how listings are created through strong communication, disciplined follow‑up, and consistent habits, not shortcuts.

Responsibilities
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

Qualifications
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Real estate license required
Compensation

$140,000 per year
