Territory Manager-Fremont

Schedule: Full-time, field-based (mobile store operation)

An established, family-owned industrial distribution company with decades of operating history is seeking a Territory Manager to join its direct sales team. The company brings a fully stocked mobile store directly to customers across sectors such as transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, medical, military, marine, power generation, manufacturing, government, and heavy equipment. This role is central to the company's customer-facing sales model, combining relationship-building with hands‑on product delivery.

• Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers
• Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demonstrations, and your mobile store
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store
• Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls
• Continually maintain customer contact information - including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses - using company software

• Must reside within the assigned territory (Fremont, CA); relocation is not available
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle
• Must maintain a clean driving history
• Physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor on a regular basis
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong tenured work background with no job hopping; ideally a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proven history of goal attainment

• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred
