Job Description Guidance Residential is the nation's largest provider of Shariah-compliant home financing, having funded over $10 billion in mortgages for more than 40,000 Muslim families across 34 states. This full-time position is based in Fremont, CA and offers an opportunity to serve your community while building a career in Islamic finance.  

Role Overview  As a Mortgage Account Executive, you'll guide Muslim clients through the complete home buying or refinancing process using Guidance Residential's Shariah-compliant financing products. These mortgages are structured using the Diminishing Musharakah (co-ownership) model and have been reviewed and approved by a Shariah Supervisory Board to ensure Islamic compliance. All leads are company-provided inbound leads—no cold calling is required.  

Key Responsibilities  
* Convert company-provided inbound leads into funded home financing contracts, with a typical monthly target of 3–4 closed deals
* Manage an active client pipeline through consistent follow-up via phone, email, and in-person meetings
* Host educational seminars and information sessions at local mosques, Islamic centers, and community organizations to build community awareness
* Develop and maintain a referral network of real estate agents, community leaders, and other professionals
* Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness throughout the financing process
* Help clients understand the benefits and mechanics of Shariah-compliant home financing  Requirements & Qualifications  
* At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience (preferred)
* Strong familiarity and genuine connection with local Muslim-American communities and mosques (explicitly required)
* Ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
* Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following is preferred:
Urdu, Arabic, Somali, Bengali, Turkish, or Farsi
* NMLS mortgage originator license required before start date (Guidance Residential provides full exam preparation, study materials, and licensing support at no cost)  Compensation & Benefits
