A Taste of What You'll Do

Drive the growth of Gallo RTD and Beer brands across Retail and On-Premise accounts by bringing sales plans to life in the marketplace. You'll partner with distributor representatives and leaders to close performance gaps, expand distribution, and identify the accounts, brands, and opportunities with the greatest potential.

Use market intelligence, competitive insights, pricing data, and digital tools such as Account 360 to guide decisions and optimize resources. You'll coach distributor teams, negotiate monthly objectives and incentives, and collaborate with Commerce, customer development, channel marketing, shopper marketing, sales finance, and other cross-functional partners.

As a Gallo Ambassador, you'll build productive relationships throughout the market, support consumer engagement initiatives and events, and advocate for our brands in the community. Success in this role calls for an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, thoughtful use of data, and the ability to adjust quickly as business needs and opportunities evolve.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo or distributor sales reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of CPG sales or restaurant/hospitality experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of CPG sales or restaurant/hospitality experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
• Prior experience in alcohol beverage sales.
• Required to obtain liquor license as required by state/locality. Must maintain eligibility and hold license during time in role.
• Required to travel by air and car in order to execute job functions.
• Required to be 21 years of age or older.
• Required to travel by air and automobile up to 50% during the course of business.
• Experience demonstrating strong leadership selling, time management, public speaking skills.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo or distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; 1 year of RTD, Beer, or Malt beverage experience; and experience selling or marketing Gallo brands.
