As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Shift Lead in Fremont, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a leading automotive environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor premises for potential security-related concerns and report any suspicious activities or hazards.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access control and site navigation as required.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services if necessary during critical incidents.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
