Job Summary

Technician – Sunbelt Rentals

• Perform preventive maintenance on aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems using advanced tools and advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Inspect equipment for safety, perform corrective actions, and document service records to avoid downtime.
• Work safely in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with a safety‑focused team.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or vocational training desired.
• 5+ years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use trade tools, maintain a safe work environment, and adapt to changing priorities.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Working indoors and outdoors as required.
