- Understand complex software architectures to identify validation requirements and design strategies for manual and automated validation.
- Write test strategy and test cases for validation of features and bug fixes on DTEX software.
- Develop test strategies and cases for positive and negative feature testing, A/B testing, performance testing, and interoperability testing.
- Design and implement automation of test cases.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide feedback from a QE perspective.
- Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects accurately.
- Log defects in a tracking system, provide detailed descriptions, and follow up with developers.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and reusability.
- Define automation strategy, identify testing areas, and prioritize test cases.
- Develop and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for rapid feedback loops.
- BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automation and software testing.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Linux OS as an advanced system administrator and user.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, Power Shell, and Bash.
- Experience with virtualization tools (Virtual Box, VMware ESXi) and automation.
- Understanding of enterprise software technologies such as Apache HTTP and Postgre
SQL. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with security tools and vulnerability scanners.
- Exposure to big‑data technologies like Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Redis, and Apache Spark.
- Experience with AWS.
