What To Expect
HRIS team is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design and development of our web applications for our internal users. As a member of the team, you will take ownership of complex features from design to deployment, setting a high bar for technical excellence. You will be a key technical voice, collaborating closely with the product leads and backend/AI engineers to transform complex technical requirements into robust, high-performance user interfaces.

You’ll leverage modern technologies like Angular, React, Next.js, Type Script and JavaScript to create dynamic, visually compelling applications and tools that empower users.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications for the People Systems in Angular / React / JavaScript / Type Script
• Learn complex systems pertaining to order flow, be responsible for deployment, stability, and usability of applications
• Deliver end‑to‑end, fully functional features – from requirements gathering through production deployment
• Work with a cross‑functional team of Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers and Dev Ops Engineers to own your solution from development to production. Alignment with company’s mission of accelerating world’s transition to sustainable energy.
• Contribute to performance optimization of the existing flows and ensure seamless integration
• Monitor live system metrics, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot production issues
• Communicate changes in project estimates, dependencies, and blockers with affected stakeholders quickly
• Learn new technologies, practices and business concepts to solve new problems as company grows

• 5+ years of experience building front‑end web applications with Angular, HTML and CSS
• Experience with React is a plus
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, HTML, CSS and Angular, including DOM manipulation and the JS object model
• Strong understanding of component‑based development
• Proficiency with software engineering best practices, agile development, version control (GIT)
• Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, REST, AJAX and JSON
• Thorough understanding of REST principles and best practices of building and using RESTful APIs
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, memorization)
• Experience with Redux, React Query, Jest, and Graph

• Experience with Figma is a big plus

Expected Compensation
$133,440 - $200,160 / annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
