Role: Full Stack Developer
Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using:
  • Frontend
    :
    Angular, React, Type Script, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), HTML5, CSS3
  • Backend
    : .NET, C#, RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and end users to build tools that enhance efficiency across claims processing, service workflows, CRM systems
  , and more.
• Build responsive, component-based UIs with scalable frontend architecture (e.g., module federation, design systems).
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend distributed systems supporting real-time monitoring, reporting, and operational control
  .
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and technical design to implementation, deployment, and support.
• Write production-quality code following engineering best practices, including Agile development
  , version control (Git), and CI/CD.
• Implement rigorous testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing
  , to ensure application stability and performance.
• Take ownership of features from concept to launch, including user research, prototyping, and iterative delivery.
• Be accountable for application usability, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Support continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Tesla's evolving business needs
  .

• 2–5+ years of full-stack development experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Frontend
    :
    Angular (v2+), React, Type Script, JavaScript (ES6), HTML, CSS
  • Backend
    : .NET Framework/Core, C#, RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of:
  • Component-based UI development and frontend architecture
  • Web performance optimization and accessibility
  • Backend service integration and distributed systems
• Experience with:
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Source control using Git
  • CI/CD tools and deployment automation
  • Debugging and monitoring tools
