• Develop secure, intuitive, fast, and visually appealing payment components used across Tesla’s diverse business lines, supporting our expansion into new markets and partnerships
• Apply first‑principles thinking to optimize processes and practices, enhancing customer experiences
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to design and implement solutions end to end
• Prioritize clear, comprehensive documentation for new features and ensure compatibility with existing integrations
• Demonstrate ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels in the organization and across multiple disciplines

• 5+ years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, proof of exceptional skills in related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Node.js, Express, Type Script
• Have a working knowledge of Git, Git Hub, Jenkins, Fuze
• Proficient in building scalable architectures
• Prior experience and track record of delivering secure, high‑performance, and pixel‑perfect web applications
• Experience with React Native, iOS, Android, or cross‑platform UI design system packages is a plus

$164,480 - $292,800/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
