• Exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and report any issues
• Comply with all traffic laws, and federal and state transit regulations
• Interact professionally with customers, dispatch team and managers
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance, road and route concerns, accidents, and other traffic disruptions using two‑way radios or hands‑free devices

• Plug and charge the vehicle at end of day

• Use route navigation apps and other technology, including knowledge of area to pick up and drop off customers
• Maintain electronic logs to track routes and incidents
• Operate and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and forty‑five minutes
• Drive in fluctuating weather and terrain
• Work flexible scheduled outside of regular days and shifts, including split shift schedules
• Lifting 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers

• Hard Requirements: Commercial driver’s license (A or
  
  B)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check
• Preferred Requirements: High School Diploma/GED
• At least 1 year of driving experience
