Transport Driver

TRANSPORT DRIVER (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time transport driver position at Canteen North America.

Job Summary

Working as a member of the transportation team, the driver will use a company‑owned vehicle to deliver products or render services over an established route.

Location and Schedule

Location:

Canteen – 4801 Hannover Place, Fremont, CA 94538 (online applications only).

Schedule:

Full‑time, Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 pm to close (details provided at interview).

Compensation

Pay: $27.60 per hour. Commission eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to transport requests with a sense of urgency, meeting time‑delivery goals.
• Follow department protocols using the dispatch system appropriately.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Complete necessary logs and reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Resolve or report vehicle, building, security, or safety issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills; service/quality focus to meet a wide range of needs.
• Valid driver’s license; 3 years of previous driving experience preferred.
• Ensures safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
