OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Assistant!
This position assists Operations Managers with administrative duties and customer service support. Operations Assistants interact with drivers and customers to resolve package discrepancies to ensure on‑time delivery, are responsible for accurate data entry into the OnTrac system, and verify deliveries.
Pay$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
ShiftMonday – Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Hours may change based on business needs.

- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related industry experience and/or training in transportation and delivery, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask, self‑manage, and work efficiently in stressful situations
- Track package deliveries, process and document problem packages, research issues when needed and update OnTrac’s proprietary tracking system for customers, the Customer Service team, and other facilities.
- Assist drivers in the checkout process, verifying that all packages are out for delivery; report missing or not out for delivery packages; prepare packages to go out for delivery if needed.
- Communicate with customers regarding their package status when needed.
- Research, analyze, and report on daily compliances to management and prepare business reports as needed.
