The Inventory Control Specialist is a 2-year, 100% onsite contract opportunity in Fremont, CA. This role supports inventory operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution, with a focus on accurate inventory tracking and timely fulfillment. Pays between: $25.00 - $27.58 per hour

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items
• Organize, label, and maintain inventory storage locations
• Respond promptly to inventory requests and collaborate with engineering and logistics teams on procurement activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and adjustments
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Ensure inventory documentation is complete and up to date

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse management (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Drive)
• Experience with ERP and ordering platforms such as SAP, Appian, Quick Base, and Ariba (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
