• The Inventory Control Coordinator supports warehouse operations by managing receiving, staging, inventory control, and outbound shipping of temperature‑controlled medical products.
• This role ensures accurate material handling, cold‑chain integrity, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Receive raw materials, components, and inbound products
• Verify quantities, lot numbers, and required documentation
• Perform system transactions for receiving and put‑away
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues as needed
• Pick and stage orders using FIFO/FEFO principles
• Pack domestic and international shipments
• Prepare cold‑chain shipments using insulated packaging, dry ice, and gel packs
• Generate shipping documentation and coordinate carrier pickups

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory location audits
• Support inventory reconciliation and system updates
• Remove expired or damaged materials from storage locations
• Maintain lot control and product traceability per standard procedures

• Work in cold rooms (2–8°C) and freezers (–20°C)
• Handle temperature‑sensitive and time‑critical products
• Safely handle dry ice and cold‑chain packaging materials
• Handle regulated and hazardous materials according to established procedures

• Operate warehouse equipment as required, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and cold‑room handling tools

• Warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to work in cold storage environments
• Basic computer and system navigation skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and written instructions
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Forklift and powered industrial equipment experience
• Basic knowledge of hazardous or regulated material handling
• Experience with medical products or regulated product distribution
