What You’ll Do as an Accounting & Payroll Administrator
  • Process accurate bi-weekly payroll through ADP, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage payroll and billing operations for multiple payer sources, including VA, Medicaid, and private pay clients.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable in Quick Books.
  • Reconcile payroll and financial reports, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Support payroll tax filings, W-2/1099 preparation, and annual audits.
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to monitor financial trends and improve process efficiency.
  • Uphold financial integrity and internal controls that align with compliance standards.
  • Experienced: 3+ years of accounting experience, including payroll, billing, and financial reporting. Understands payroll tax regulations and accounting principles. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and knowledge of billing processes for multiple payer sources are a plus.
  • Detail-Driven: Excels at maintaining accuracy across payroll, billing, and reporting functions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Leverages systems like ADP, Quick Books, and Excel to improve efficiency and financial accuracy.
  • Organized: Manages multiple financial workflows efficiently with consistent follow-through.
  • Discreet: Handles confidential employee and company information with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with leadership and team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
