Gleeson Constructors & Engineers, L.L.C. designs and constructs food processing facilities, ready-to-eat facilities, freezers, cold storage facilities, and distribution centers nationwide. And we are currently looking for a job site administrative assistant for our project at Wholestone Farms in Fremont, NE.

• Acting as a point of contact for over the phone and in person.
• Handling and proper filing and paperwork related to the job.
• Assisting with the hiring function.
• Receive and sort mail.
• Run errands, as directed by Superintendent.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, personal presentation.
• Customer service minded.
• Past secretary skills a plus!
• Other duties as assigned.
