Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Systems Engineer
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving equipment and process reliability by implementing proactive maintenance strategies, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations. This role identifies and prioritizes reliability opportunities, applies RCM, RCA and FMEA to resolve complex equipment issues and leads preventive, predictive and precision maintenance programs including vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography and performance data monitoring.
The Reliability Engineer supports and optimizes the Enterprise Asset Management/CMMS system, develops maintenance standards, PM schedules, KPIs and cost reporting and collaborates with operations, maintenance and supplier partners to drive operational excellence. Additionally, the role develops reliability training, supports employee onboarding and supervises assigned staff to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
