* OR* Graduate of an accredited Paramedic training program required.
* Participate in mandatory in-services and continuing education programs as mandated by policies and procedures/external agencies and as directed by supervisor.
* Minimum 1 year of Paramedic experience is preferred.
* EMS-Paramedic providing service in a hospital or by serving as a volunteer Emergency Medical Service preferred.
* Assist ED staff to obtain vitals/orthostatic vitals, obtain EKGs, and phlebotomy.
* Actively seek tasks, work well within a team, and be able to effectively communicate to assure that all patient care is done in an accurate and timely manner.
* Able to start and remove peripheral IVs and IOs as directed.
* Transport monitored patients to different units within the hospital.
