Sunlight Senior Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential in‑home support to clients, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and dignity in their daily lives. Positions are located in Fremont and surrounding areas.

Base pay range: $16.50/hr – $17.50/hr salary is commensurate with skills and experience.

As a Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide, you’ll deliver hands‑on personal care, observe and report changes in client condition, and document all care provided while working under the supervision of a Care Coordinator. This role is meaningful and requires a genuine desire to improve clients’ lives.

• Provide hands‑on personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting)
• Support mobility and exercise per care plan
• Take vital signs and assist with medications (with training)
• Plan and prepare meals, help with feeding if needed
• Keep living areas tidy and perform light laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and document services accurately

• At least 21 years old
• Completed Home Health Aide (HHA) training and competency evaluation
• CPR certified
• Ability to follow care instructions and work independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with insurance
• Strong work ethic, empathy, and good personal hygiene
• Must pass skills and written competency tests (80% or higher)
• Must pass a thorough background check
