At Fremont Therapy & Wellness we are seeking a strong‑leader who is capable of guiding a team of PT’s from a clinical standpoint and are committed to meeting the expectation of hitting their individual and team standards each month. Help lead the physical therapy division of a forward‑thinking, award‑winning, locally owned company that believes traditional approaches to care are not enough.

We are looking for an experienced physical therapist who still has a passion of building meaningful patient and community relationships and treating a wide variety of patients and ages (low back pain, post‑op ortho, balance issues). An individual who has the skills and desire to be a leader among other therapists helping guide and lead a growing team.

With state‑of‑the‑art technology such as Vald Technology, Aquatic Therapy, Biofeedback and other cutting‑edge tools at your disposal, you are certain to make a lasting impact on patients while keeping your career on the leading edge. We believe in committed 1:1 care with 40‑min treatments and utilize Prompt EMR with AI assisted documentation to speed documentation time. Strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary.

Fremont is a 20‑min drive from Omaha… drive “away” from the traffic.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and day‑to‑day management of clinic operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, efficiency, and compliance with all regulatory and company standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development
  • Maintain a caseload while overseeing clinical excellence, documentation quality, and adherence to evidence‑based practice. 90% patient care, 10% lead/management
  • Drive clinic performance through effective scheduling, productivity management, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with state practice acts, payer requirements, and company policies
  • Partner with ownership and leadership to execute strategic initiatives, growth plans, and operational improvements
  • Develop strong referral relationships and represent the clinic through community outreach and networking
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including patient outcomes, satisfaction, productivity, and financial performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of team members
  • Promote a positive, accountable, and patient‑centered clinic culture
  • Be financially rewarded for performance and team performance through profit‑sharing bonus program.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 5 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience with a broad treatment skillset.
  • Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, and productivity metrics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high‑quality patient outcomes and exceptional patient experience
  • Variety of work schedule options available for position (clinic hours 7am‑6pm)
