We are seeking a Centaman Point of Sale (POS) Specialist to support a parks and attractions organization going through system updates and team transitions. This individual will provide specialized support around the Centaman POS platform, with an emphasis on candidates who have hands‑on experience using, supporting, or customizing the system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with niche Centaman experience who can step in, help bridge current technical gaps, and support the organization as its long‑term needs continue to develop.
Key Responsibilities- Support and troubleshoot the Centaman POS system
- Assist with system updates, configurations, and ongoing POS needs
- Customize or configure Centaman functionality based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues and help identify appropriate solutions
- Partner with internal users and stakeholders to understand POS requirements
- Assist with documentation and knowledge transfer
- Provide general Centaman system support throughout ongoing organizational and technology updates
- 2+ years of previous experience customizing Centaman
- Experience supporting POS technology within zoos, parks, attractions, museums, entertainment venues, or similar environments
- Experience assisting with POS system updates, implementations, or transitions
- Previous experience customizing Centaman
