Join Parachute is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our Fremont, NE location. Compensation is up to $70K ($50K - $55K base + up to 25% monthly bonus) plus benefits.
OverviewWe’re building a better way to donate plasma, scaling from 2 to 30+ locations in under 3 years. As a high‑growth organization we need a leader who can jump into operations and drive a safe, welcoming donor experience.
What You'll DoAs Assistant Manager you will be a key partner to the Center Director, manage day‑to‑day operations, coach staff, maintain compliance, and uphold a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Own daily operations on the donor floor, ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
- Partner with the Center Director on strategy to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
- Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
- Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs, share updates, and keep everyone focused on the day’s priorities.
- Reliable Problem Solver – takes ownership, creatively prioritizes and solves ambiguous tasks, trustworthy, outcome oriented.
- Empathetic Communicator – adapts communication style to diverse audiences, strong conflict resolution, remains even‑keeled under pressure.

- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and operate in cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
- Availability for day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.
