2nd Shift Production Worker - Four Day Workweek/No Weekends at Structural Component Systems, Inc.
Structural Component Systems, Inc. of Fremont, NE is actively seeking a positive and energetic full-time Production Worker to create high-quality products for our clients. This production position works 10 hour shifts in a 4‑day, Monday – Thursday workweek (no weekends required but some Fridays required if working overtime). Earns a competitive wage and opportunity for pay raise every 6 months. Two shifts available:
- 2nd Shift – 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM – Starting hourly wage: $20.50 – $22
- Note – Floor Line Positions start out at lower pay, but require less physical labor. Willing to train – No experience necessary! English not required. Experience using hand or power tools and measuring tape helpful.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PRODUCTION WORKEREach shift, you produce quality products through the use of hand and power tools to assemble, package, and bundle. Whether sawing, assembling, or packaging/bundling, you work safely and efficiently following all necessary policies, procedures, and guidelines. You carefully follow the Production Lead's directives in order to meet or exceed company goals, including cross‑training and assisting in other areas as needed. Your professional manufacturing efforts contribute to both the department's and company's success.
You are an accomplished and valued team player!
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting 25–50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 105 lbs on an occasional basis
- Reliable source of transportation
- Previous construction and/or component manufacturing experience a plus!
- Good communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment, and pride in following directions
