Join our 28-bed Medical Unit. We are known for our strong teamwork, mentorship, and supportive culture. This unit cares for a diverse mix of medical and surgical patients, including stroke/TIA, pancreatitis, GI bleeds, wounds requiring debridement, detox/withdrawal, pneumonia, and post-operative recovery.

• Nights: 7pm–7am
• Self-scheduling
• Every 3rd weekend & rotating holidays

• Current Nebraska RN license (or compact)
• BLS via AHA or ARC
• ADN or BSN/MSN
• Must have 2+ years of critical care experience

• Deliver age-appropriate, individualized patient care
• Complete ongoing assessments and develop/update care plans
• Implement safe and evidence-based interventions
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care accordingly
• Provide thorough handoff communication using SBAR
• Perform technical skills safely and independently
• Maintain professional behavior and support a positive team culture
• Identify and report safety risks and follow precautions
• Delegate appropriately based on competency and scope
• Use resources responsibly and follow proper charging/documentation practices
