Position Summary
Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar in Fremont, NE has an excellent opportunity for cooks in our high-volume, full‑service restaurant and sports bar. The kitchen staff position is an important part of every meal we serve and each guest's experience in our restaurant.
Responsibilities- Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.
- Follow established food production programs and procedures.
- Ensure appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.
