- Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a welcoming and clean restaurant.
- Ensure consistent delivery of product quality and operations standards.
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics.
- Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
- Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
- Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
- Implement cost controls.
- Monitor people charts and production planning; make necessary adjustments.
- Create and monitor schedules and manage onboarding of new team members.
- Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years supervisory experience.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication with guests and team members.
- Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
- Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
- Available to work all shifts, open, close, weekends and holidays.
