The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, store measurements, and layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific tasks like cycle counts and signage hanging.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Mostly indoor, moderate noise environment.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between stores in personal vehicle required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, bend, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
