Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour (Part-time)

• Scheduled work can be Sunday through Saturday; specific days depend on the location.
• Full‑time schedule requires at least 5 days per week (Friday required).
• Part‑time schedule requires 2–4 days per week (Friday required).
• Start work between 6 a.m.–9 a.m. and work between 6 a.m.–6 p.m. (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the back room, stock, pack out products, and straighten product on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in-store.
• Use a company‑issued mobile device to navigate multiple applications and answer step‑by‑step questions within Acosta’s field technology.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
• Report your work the same day you complete it.

• Own your store(s) as the face of Acosta in Walmart on behalf of clients.
• Work independently while remembering you are part of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices with our Walmart team nationwide via various communication channels.
• Seek help from your direct manager for challenges in store.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Provide accurate and concise data and photos by following provided instructions.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations in your area as part of a daily schedule.
