This position involves duties such as:

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to listen, learn, and participate
• Exhibiting a positive attitude
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Must have successfully completed 1 year of diesel and/or general equipment repair in a college program (excluding CAT Think
  
  BIG or Butler
  
  MAX).
• Must be punctual and present for work.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required.

Trade-specific tooling is required.
