For more information please visit .This position is responsible for providing extraordinary customer service at our Fremont OH Farm Center by using a working knowledge of company products and programs corresponding effectively in all customer interactions working closely with team members and internal stakeholders and fulfilling administrative duties associated with the role.
** Shift/Schedule
** First Shift hours - FLEXIBLE PART TIME SCHEDULE Monday-Friday
**** Key Responsibilities
***** Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order and product knowledge requests.
* Processes customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
* Performs administrative functions related to orders and serving customers. Depending upon assigned location those functions could include loading tickets weighing inbound trucks preparation of correspondence systems and documentation maintenance inventory basic shipping/receiving administration basic accounting duties preparation of invoices price quotes.
* Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
* Confers with sales production shipping warehouse and/or carrier to assure order fulfillment is optimized.

***** Has developed knowledge and skills through job related training or considerable experience
* Often entry level for those with work experience in relevant areas
* Works within established procedure with a moderate degree of supervision
* Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations; assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions

* * Qualifications & Skills
*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
* 2-4 yearsâ relevant experience required
