Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Layout Technician

Responsibilities: Design and layout of fire sprinkler systems. Perform layout using AutoCAD / Hydra

CAD, create hydraulic calculations and pipe lists for pre‑fabrication, and coordinate with the design team.

• BIM modeling
• Hydraulic calculations
• Field surveying
• Listing for fabrication
• Coordination between trades
• Other duties assigned

• Associate or technical, business discipline preferred or equivalent experience (e.g., Architectural, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management).
• NICET certification preferred.
• High mechanical interest.
• Experience in the fire protection design field is required.
• AutoCAD and/or Hydra
  
  CAD experience is required.
• Ability to multi‑task to the extreme.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.
• Excellent communicator, self‑motivated individual with great organizational skills.

Computer

Skills:

Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
