• Greet patients upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of the office calendar.
• Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with dental professionals to coordinate treatment plans effectively.
• Handle medical billing processes and insurance verification for patient accounts.
• Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information and addressing concerns.
• Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming for patients and staff alike.

• Proficiency in dental terminology and medical scheduling is preferred.
• 2 years of experience is required.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience in office management or as a dental receptionist is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
