Job Details:

• Work at Fremont base location with possible floating to Flower and Perrysburg facilities as needed

• Every other weekend call at Memorial ONLY - Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM

• Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Perform SRS, SBRT, IGRT, IMRT, Electron, and Conventional treatments

• Work in adult outpatient setting with CBCT/kV/mV imaging experience

• Handle pre-treatment procedures including CT Simulation, Tumor Localization, Custom molds, and Custom shields

• Use Eclipse (Varian) Treatment Planning System

• Perform specialty treatments including Electron Field, Respiratory Gating/Breath Hold for Left Breast, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Gynecomastia, Prophylactic Treatments, and Benign Brain Tumors

• Treat specialty cancers including Pancreatic cancer, Testicular Cancer, Leukemia, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Graves Disease, Keloids, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, and Kidney Cancer

• Operate Linear Accelerators including Varian True Beam, Varian True Beam Edge, and Varian Trilogy

• Use ARIA and EPIC documentation systems

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Ohio State license

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• Unit accepts first-time travelers

• Dress code requires dark gray scrubs

• Local travelers within 50 miles not accepted
