• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and social activities in a timely and courteous manner
• Assist with the loading and unloading of residents from vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules and routes
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of transportation services
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of transportation vehicles and equipment
