Nursing Scheduler​/Central Supply​/Transportation

Bethesda Care Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Fremont, Ohio, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nursing Scheduler/Central Supply/Transportation to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will provide expertise in scheduling, business office operations, and customer service. • Create and manage staff schedules for nursing and support departments to ensure appropriate coverage
• Track call-offs, shift changes, and replacements; communicate with staff to fill open shifts
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, time-off requests, and staffing levels
• Coordinate with department heads to plan for vacation coverage, training days, and census-based scheduling needs
• Maintain and stock central supply
• Ride with residents on scheduled appointments when necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in healthcare administration, human services, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care or healthcare administrative support role
• Knowledge of staffing/scheduling systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive resident information with confidentiality and professionalism
• STNA Certification Preferred
