Are you detail-oriented with a passion for supporting payroll and benefits processes?

Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to support their payroll and benefits operations. This role involves collaborating closely with the Payroll Manager and Human Resources team to ensure seamless processing and administration.

• Assist in processing bi-weekly hourly payroll alongside the Payroll Manager.
• Support employee relations requests and follow-up with the Human Resources Manager.
• Scan and upload documents into personnel files accurately.
• Prepare and process new hire information, including benefits administration and HR/Payroll system entries.
• Handle employee terminations, ensuring all systems and departments are updated.
• Maintain the benefits administration system, including updates for new hires and terminations.
• Manage 401(k) account information and assist with audits.
• Update and maintain FMLA database and related documents.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in processing payroll; ADP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both accurate and professional.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with others.
