Material Handler; Forklift Operator D Shift Nights

Material Handler (Forklift Operator) D Shift Nights (12‑hour, 6:48 pm–7:00 pm)

Graham Packaging is hiring a Material Handler located in Fremont, OH. The role is a night shift position on a 12‑hour schedule, with a pay rate starting at $20.35 per hour and full benefits effective day one.

• Operate forklift and/or clamp truck in compliance with safety standards.
• Follow all established safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Maintain equipment and regrind rooms, including cleanliness and color/adhesive/EVOH yard handling.
• Properly weigh, tag, and store regrind boxes, keeping machines stocked with raw materials.
• Assist in creating orderly flow of raw‑material and finished product.
• Support blow‑mold operators and ensure timely response to alarms and maintenance.
• Operate various controls, buttons, switches, and computerized equipment.
• Work near hot and cold parts, moving mechanical parts, and handle equipment safely.
• Fill out related forms for Production and Quality.
• Travel to other sites may be required.

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience.
• Regular, punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Independently carry out assignments and collaborate with others.
