Production Supervisor

We are currently searching for Production Supervisor to join our team at our Fremont Plant in Fremont, Ohio
.

• Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of labor
• Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met.
• Ensures that all equipment and material necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations.
• Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by management.

What you will bring:
• Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Working knowledge of a unionized workforce desired.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• High sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
