3rd Shift Production Supervisor - Fremont, OHMinimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor Venteon is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Fremont, OH Requirements of the Production Supervisor Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment

401k Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling labor

Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met Ensures that all equipment and material necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations.

Drive continuous improvement efforts in scrap reduction, safety, and process improvements.

Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while providing continual feedback.

Provide associates with inspiration, direction & coaching to achieve work objectives.

Develop team members accordingly.

Promote, maintain, and develop lean manufacturing practices.

Monitor and address output & productivity issues within assigned departments inclusive of meeting production targets, cycle time and product & process quality standards.

Hold associates accountable for meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.

Assist with administering training for associates.

Perform and complete various audits as assigned.

Hold team meetings to present line and company information.
