Production Worker

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Automotive Production Workers in Fremont, OH. As an Automotive Production Worker for Cardinal Staffing Services you will be:
Manufacturing foam automotive seats

Following insert, offline and demolding processes

Providing support to assure accurate, timely and quality delivery of components to customers

Preforming Quality Checks Following Safety Procedures This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hour) with pay raise on hire in as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities of the Automotive Production Worker:

• Insert appropriate products into the molds
• Remove foam from molds and clean up of molds
• Prepare product product for packing and pack product

Required Qualifications of the Automotive Production Worker:

• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
