Position Summary:
Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for Day Shift to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
- Day Shift
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
- Every other weekend required
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs (paid within first year)
