Provide resident-centered nursing care.
Assess residents’ conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Work with residents, families, and teammates to develop and support individualized care plans.
Active Ohio RN license.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
A compassionate, dependable approach to resident care.
Long-term care experience preferred.
$10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs only.
